Click the button to the left to fill out the proctor form online so that you can take the remaining 3 tests (beginning week #10) at a learning center...this is not an option as these tests MUST be taken at a UAA campus.  You only need to fill out this form one time for the course.  Any questions, let me know.

Extra credit is available to you for watching the weekly video by "clicking here".  Each week, I spend several minutes going over some important things for the week.  To receive the extra credit, you must watch the video no later than Tuesday nights at midnight.  Then email me that you watched the video.
